Wellllll, it was hotttttt and hummmmmmmmid. Bleh.
Still hit my avg pace, but didn't run negative splits.
I was about 8 secs slower at the 2 mile turn around.
There was some wind comin at me on way back, not enough
to alter by 8 secs though, I don't think. Workout turned into mile repeats.
I need to get use to heat for about another month, then I'll be running
in the mornings :) Ha, even the mornings here are hot!
Looking forward to Special Olympics with Denise, Marc and Andres tomorrow :)
