Long run :) They use to be easier for me pre achilles surgery.
I felt like I was working semi hard most of time, ended up with 9:35 pace.
Feel good about my pace, thought it was higher around 945 or 950.
Saw a couple of bikes go down on the boardwalk, pretty slippery with fog
and humidity. My pace might have been lower considering the bwalk was
so wet. Saw a boys XC/track team. Thought of Brai :) They passed me up :-p
At end of run a guy with a camel back passed me up on the starcrest hill, but we
were pretty much going same pace. Ran back into him at dog park entrance adn we
ended up running together to soccer fields at about an 8:00 pace for about 1/2 mile.
He was from Nashville. Wanted to know where the trails were. I asked him if he was ready
to get his shoes dirty :-p He had some nice new Pearls on. He wasn't ready to get them dirty :-p
