Nice run this morning. Tried to stick to a 10:04 pace but had a hard time.
I don't feel like anything below will burn me out in long run. According to my
training plan the 10:04 pace is so that I conserve energy as workouts progress.
Tomorrow I will slow to 10:04 miles :-p
Mucho deer out. They were active, running across the fields :)
Sooooo so glad to have my Garmin back!
