Woke up at 4:45 to hydrate and eat.
First 15 with Shannon. They went by real quick and at a nice 8:20ish pace.
1 bottle of heed before run. 1 Gu w/ 1/2 bottle of heed @ 8.5. 1 Gu w/ water at 15.
Very happy with the workout as it was hard but not too hard. All this while in oppressive heat and humidity. Nice to have 20+ in before 10am.
