Tweaked my knee again carrying bags up Karen's stairs. Couldn't walk last night. Tender but not sore today so I decided to give it a try. Knee felt week the entire run but never progressed into anything worse. I'll take it easy today and off tomorrow. I want to get a decent week in next week.
