Notes
For "Gender Stats (above)" I used Clyde stats. Beat 2nd place by 1:09. Sick! 1st division win ever! Tough race as it was very hilly. Wanted to run an 8 min/mile pace for the 1st 6 miles and then kick the final .55. Was a little ahead at the 4 miles mark (7:50 pace) but comfortable. Put I guy in my sights to catch on the 5/6th mile and another in the final sprint.
