Steady rain through out. Broke the run up in 1/3's off MP (7:15).

5mi @ MP +10sec legs were realy heavy. May still be a little tired from my 22er.
Overall had a good week considering my ankle injury holding me out of a day. I was still able to get in 72 miles with 68 off them off singles. 3 quality workouts: 12 w/ 7@ HM pace, 22, & today's.
One part of me says I can't believe I still have 7 more weeks to get into even better shape but the other part of me says, shit only 4 weeks left until taper. And so it goes.
