Scheduled to run a 4 miler in Fairfield, CT today but due to the End Of Days, the race was cancelled. I settled on a 2+ hr. run with Delapo which turned out to be great. First 90 minutes flew by. Mile 15 done on the track in 6:45ish.
That's it for long runs before the Suffolk Half. As they say, "the hay is in the barn". Let's just hope there is enough of it.
