FAIL. Scheduled for 8x800. First time I could run in 4 days due to sore right ankle. No sleep over the past 3 nights (Cabo). Went to bed drunk each of the past 2 nights (Cabo). Nutrition has been way off. Too much Mexican food. No wonder there are no good Mexican distance runners left.
