After yesterday off to rest my calf strain, I went into todays run with 2 goals. 1) to be able to run 2) see if I can get in 5 or 6 miles.

Leg felt fine at 5 miles and I began to wonder if pushing todays run up to 7 miles was both possible and smart. At 8 miles, I realized I wasn't paying attention to where I was and was now 8 miles from home. So much for a "nice and easy day".
