Best I've felt at a 7:40 pace in months. Really amazing what a little taper and some cooler weather can do for your running. I can't imagine a full week taper for a 10K. That along with some 10K specific track work? I'm guessing you could shave an additional 30 seconds to a minute off your time. Anyway, eye on the prize. 2:59:59. I'm getting restless for Albany. Let's do this already.
