Cold and rainy day. Threw on the arm warmers for the 1st time and loved them. Felt very much like Josh Cox or Ryan Hall (haha). Went hard, but not what I would consider hammering. Found every big hill I could and made it my bitch. Tried to throw in a few strides but my left hammy wouldn't agree so I bagged those.
This was one of those hand full of runs I have every year when I reminded of the joy that can be had by running. Today was not a training run, today was fun.
