Wow, what a day. One of those special days where you feel incredibly light and effortless. Right now I'm the fittest I've ever felt. Still 7 more weeks to my goal race (Suffolk half) and I'm now ready to work on gaining some real speed. Just need to control my weight (current 199, race goal is 195) and it will be on!
