Didn't physically feel great today. Happy with the tempo in that I have a strong headwind for 4 miles of the 6. Left that run very confident that I can hold 6:42 for a HM (sub 88) with the outside chance of going sub 87. 3.5 more weeks to go until race day and I have 2 long runs, 2 workouts and a race left to improve upon my fitness. I hope last weeks shit week doesn't come back to haunt me.
