This workout is for establishing correct technique and form.
Be sure to stay relaxed and focused throughout. It will be a slight stimulus, but swimming correctly will always trump swimming hard!
400 Loosen
4x (rest :10-:15 after each swim)
2x50 swim, count strokes
4x25 Catch-up. Touch hands out front each stroke.
4x25 kick streamline on back.
100 swim, count strokes again.
Each round, try to decrease your stroke count and increase your kick frequency.
Stay relaxed!
