The goal of this ride is to improve neuromusuclar firing and improve your ability to maintain a high cadence. You will warm up in your base zone proceed into a series of high cadence intervals with periods of base riding recovery in between. Be sure to keep your hips steady during high-cadence riding, but try to maintain a cadence of 105-125. If you feel your hips bobbing, slow your cadence! I will perscribe various interval and rest times. Be sure to stay in zone 1 and 2.
