This workout is for establishing correct technique and form.
Be sure to stay relaxed and focused throughout. It will be a slight stimulus, but swimming correctly will always trump swimming hard!
200 Loosen
4x
50 swim, count strokes
2x25 Catch-up. Touch hands out front each stroke.
2x25 kick streamline on back.
50 swim, count strokes again.
Each round, try to decrease your stroke count and increase your kick frequency.
Take 5-10 seconds between swims. Stay relaxed!
100 ez backstroke to cool down.
