Notes

The goal of this ride is to work on sustained power output in a low gear. Muscular endurance and hypertrophy are the desired outcomes. Low RPM in the 60-70 range are desired during the intervals with base riding of 85+ rpm in between each interval. I will perscribe various interval times and rest periods for each ride. Be sure to stay aerobic throughout the ride.
