Notes

Today you will perform a series of 10 sets of 10 squat jumps on a :25 interval. With proper form, perform 10 squat jumps landing softly and immediately exploding upwards. Be sure to lower your hips and not just bend at the waist. Rest interval is the reminder of :25. You should get at least :10 rest in the beginning. Complete 10 rounds of this maintaining proper form. Warning, it is extrememly difficult! Spin ez or cool down afterwards and stretch!
