5 x (2 x ~30 sec hill, 2 x 800 w/ 90s between the 800s). Hills were all around 30-31 (except the last 2). Splits for the 800s were 2:22, 2:22, 2:24, 2:21, 2:21, 2:23, 2:21, 2:20, 2:22, 2:20. Less difficult on paper than Friday but the workout felt more challenging, so it was a solid effort overall.
