very solid workout at the golf course, 8/12 - 8/16 - 8/2k (2:30/3:30 rest) with Ben, Daley, and Liam... splits were 2:25/3:41, 2:19/4:52, 2:21/6:04... felt pretty strong the whole way despite some yoyoing on the longer reps
