Good tune up workout. Windy but nice out, felt great once the workout got going. 4xK w/2 min rest, 4 min rest, 2x800, 2x400 with 2:30 rest. Splits were 2:58, 2:55, 2:55, 2:54, 2:17, 2:17, 64, 64. Felt great, ready to roll and excited to compete.
