Fun workout on the Golf course today, did a classic Barry track workout: 800/1200, 800/1600, 800/2000. Weather was pretty bad - wet, cold, and rainy - but we ran really well together as a group and worked hard. We were all together until the last 1000 of the 2000, I made a hard move at that point but just didn't have it the last 800. Still happy with the workout, splits were:

3:39 (3:30 rest)
2:20 (2:30 rest)
4:49 (3:30 rest)
2:19 (2:30 rest)
