Nice run in FWSP - legs were a little sore from playing 90 min of tennis last night, but loosened up as the run went on. Went to GA after running 7 miles in the park and did drills and 6x100m strides, which felt great (it was windy so I was able to run fast on some). Followed that up with hurdles and core. Left big toe was a little sore, think it's from sliding around on the tennis court.
