Good tune up workout for Heps with Marco. Format was 2xK, 4x400 with 90s rest between the Ks, 4 min jog, and then 2:30 jog between the 800s. Splits were 3:03, 3:00, 62, 61, 60, 60. Felt great, I am excited to compete this weekend - going to very fun, I know that I am ready to hang tough and ratchet it down the last couple minutes and finish the last couple meters.
