Pretty disappointing race at BU. Ran 8:33 and did not win my heat. It just feels like this poor race was symptomatic of things not clicking in our group as a whole right now, I've been working out too hard, and the fact that I have just not been able to "free my mind and my body" in either of my races this winter. I think talking to Barry, individually and as a team, and thinking about what I want to the purpose of running to be for the next few weeks will be good. I have a lot of faith in what we are doing - gotta trust the process.
