Notes

Very good workout today in Leverone - format was 3x5x400 with a goal of 66 for the first four in each set and 61 for the last rep. Splits were (insert splits from Barry's email) -- felt great, hit a nice rhythm during the first few in each set and was able to lead the last rep comfortably for all three sets. I am very confident in where I am and am excited to express the fitness over the next few weeks....
