First workout in Lev this season, format was 4 x 1000m with 1 min rest, 5 min jog, and then 6 x 600m with 2 minutes rest. Also did 3 x 150m afterwards. Barry's goal paces were 3:05 and 1:45 which felt too conservative to me. Our splits were 3:05, 3:02, 3:05, 2:55 and 1:40, 1:45, 1:45, 1:39, 1:37, 1:37. The workout felt very easy until the last 2 600s which I felt a little more. it was a little frustrating to have such slow goal paces, didn't want to go off the front like a dick but also wanted us to work together and run the right pace to get in the right kind of work.
