Tough one at Sachem today. Planned format was 8x1000 w/ 1min recovery at 3:10. Ended up being 5x1000 w/1min recovery at 3:10, 3:11, 3:12, 3:17, 3:19. I felt crappy the whole time, though pretty much everyone blew up. The combination of tired legs + Sunday's long run + the heat made for a really tough workout. Still very confident in my fitness for the race.
