4 x (2 x 800) w/ 2 min rest between reps and 3 mins rest between sets. Did this with Abel, Rusty, Mateo, and Quinn. Splits (all in Next%):

Really solid vo2max workout, felt locked in the whole way. Did a lot of leading during the second half and felt great cutting the pace down.
