Good session on Skinripper today. Felt pretty crappy on the warmup so I was a little nervous for the workout. Nevertheless, I went out there and worked the first two reps, hurt a little on the next two, and closed really well for the last one. Splits were 4:38, 4:40, 4:44, 4:48, 4:37. Overall, I'm happy with the session, excited for a rail trail tempo on Saturday and another couple more sessions before crushing Beantown.
