9:02 for 3rd at Sam Howell in the steeple. A big PR but a B+/A- performance - closed very well (66.8 last 400) but did not do a great job "committing to the middle." I know I have a lot more in the tank, this makes me know that Marco and I can run 15s faster in a month. I think that continuing to train hard and getting a fast 5k under the belt will get me ready to run a steeple the Dartmouth way at Heps and compete for the win - i know the time will take care of itself.
