Great workout today on the Golf Course with a strong pack. Format was 5 x Mile with descending rest (3:00, 2:30, 2:00, 1:30) and splits were 4:55, 4:54, 4:50, 4:49, 4:45. We stayed together the entire time and I grinded out the last couple reps - I definitely did a good job of committing to the middle and working hard the entire way. I think this was our best workout all fall and know that we are ready to light it up next Friday.
