Great workout today in Lev. Format was 2 x 4x800m with 2:30 / 4:00 rest. Barry's goal paces were 2:20 for the first four, 2:18 for the next two, and then 2:14 for the last two. Splits were 2:18, 2:18, 2:18, 2:17 / 2:14, 2:15, 2:11, 2:11. I felt great, especially so considering I have a little cold. Felt relaxed and rhythmic for the whole workout, last two reps I had to focus but I felt strong the whole time. It was awesome having Quinn back, felt like we were working out as a pack. Overall very happy with this session.
