Good first workout back today. Took this one straight from Mike Smith's NAU Training, format was 8 x 1:00 on, 1:00 off. Ended up doing a little bit less than 3 miles in 16 minutes, so my average pace was around 5:20-5:25. I felt good and got into a nice rhythm. Felt great to get the legs moving a little and to begin building an aerobic mansion.
