tune-up track workout at Saint Basil, goal was to do 2 x K, 2 x 800, 2 x 400, 2 x 200 but ended up cutting the workout short due to my left soleus flaring up and feeling really tight. something similar happened before Terrier this winter, so want to be cautious and rest a couple days.
