Awesome long run on a Grant-like endless dirt road at Guana Preserve. Felt great, eased into it for the first 30 minutes but ended up hitting a good rhythm at the end. Great way to cap off training down here, feels like I've improved a ton as a distance runner over the past 10 days and I am excited for the next two months of racing and expressing the fitness...
