nice MLR along the Lorimer Flats, did a little fartlek in the middle... 30 mins easy, 10 x 40s on, 80s off + 2 min jog + 5 x 15s on, 45s off (27 mins total), 23 mins easy... felt good during the fartlek portion, got into a good rhythm and had 333 ft elevation gain so must've been the hilly part of the rail trail, nice to spin the legs a little bit
