2 x (8 x 200m @ 30s) w/ 200m jog between reps and 3 mins between sets. Switched directions for the second set (except the last two reps). Pretty windy on the track but felt good. Splits (in spike flats):
Set #1: 29.7, 30.7, 29.3, 30.6, 30.7, 30.0, 30.5, 30.0
Set #2: 28.7, 30.3, 30.3, 29.8, 31.5, 30.8, 29.3, 29.6
Overall another solid workout.
