PRR, 20 mins easy, 3 x 10 mins at Tempo, 2 mins easy on the treadmill + 5 mins jog + 6 x 15s strides in spikes in Lev. Felt flat from the start so broke up the tempo which was the right call; strides felt really good... fun to spike up again
