Great workout with Sam in Leverone this afternoon. Format was 2 x (4x800) with 2 min rest between reps and 4 min rest between sets. First set was 5k pace, second set was 3k pace. Splits were 2:17, 2:16, 2:15, 2:14 and 2:13, 2:12, 2:12, 2:09. I felt very strong the whole time, alternated reps with Sam the whole time and had a lot of fun. Very solid session that has me excited to race next weekend! The magic is there...
