Great run today in the rain, was pretty wild weather but got to run with Ben for the first time a while which was fun. After running an easy 6, came to Lev and did 4 x 150m (250m jog) in 21.4, 20.8, 19.9, 19.8 - felt smooth and strong, very excited for the race on Saturday. Left glute was still tight but felt better.
