Workout was 5xMile with descending rest between each rep (3, 2:30, 2, 1:30 rest). I only did 4 reps and hit 4:52, 4:50, 4:56 (dropped off), 4:50. I had some bizarre stomach problems early into the workout (constant burping and farting) so Barry only had me do 4 reps. I had soup and salad before hand which explains it, i don't think it's a big deal, just good to remember that my stomach is not invincible. Rest of the group worked out really well, I think we can go for it next Friday.
