20 mins easy + 3 min build-up run + strides. 14:44 for the 5k at the Suffield Meet. Had a pretty rough blow up (4:28, 9:12 for 1600/3200) but only up from here. In the words of Ted Lasso, going to "be a goldfish" and be grateful just to race. 25 min cool down with the Yale guys.
