Easy eight (55 min) in Lorimer (started from the house and then did some running in the back trails and finished on the flats until past the bike entrance)... followed that with 4 x 20s strides. Spring trip being canceled is a bummer but looking at this as an awesome opportunity to get a “summer training” block in.
