3 mile w/u, 9 x 2 min on, 2 min off (~6.5 at 5:30 pace), 3 mile cool down... felt strong the whole way, glad I took an extra easy day after the long run on Sunday. excited to time trial and see what i can cook up with some good training over the next few weeks
