Nice run with Danny on the bike at Lorimer... took the past 3 days off b/c my right bursitis flared up again after the long run this Sunday. Talked to Scott and thinks that my tight TFL/inflamed bursa combined to make both areas sore.... we have a good plan to handle it though. Was a nice run
