Notes

Very good tune up workout today. Format was 6x800 with even reps over hurdles, 2:30 rest. Splits were 2:19, 2:24, 2:17, 2:20, 2:15, 2:18. Felt really bad on the warm up but took some Run Gum which did the trick. Felt great by the end, now just excited to compete.
