Yesterday did my long walk before my run. Realized what a bad idea that was. Dead legs. Then today my legs weren't refreshed! :( Felt so tired 1 hr in that I went down to a walk for like 7 minutes, deciding I would only do 1hr. Then 7m in I was like, no come on! Just run slowly. And was able to keep inching up by telling myself just 10 more minutes!
