Notes

I've given up on trying to understand my body. Felt tired for first 5 minutes of warmup. Did 4.8 for 5 minutes thinking today is an easy day. Felt totally fine 10 minutes in, went up to 5.0 then went up to 5.2. Was at 5.2 until 40m in then at 4.8-5.1 for the next 20m. I srsly don't get it. Ran until 1:30, then quick walk (4.4) for 5m then slower walk (4.1) for 5 more minutes then cool down. At least if my body suddenly goes kaput on me, my break is coming up.
